These are the terms under which the Cadenza Android app (package id work.musigna.cadenza), published by Musigna LLC, is made available to you. By installing or using Cadenza you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
1. The app
Cadenza is a free Android interval timer. It is provided as a binary through the Google Play Store, distributed by Musigna LLC. All app features are available to all users at no charge.
2. Donations
Cadenza is donation-funded. Three optional donation tiers are available in the app via the Google Play Billing system. Donations are voluntary, do not unlock any feature, and are processed by Google Play. Refund and chargeback handling follows the Google Play terms of service. Musigna LLC does not separately hold any payment information.
3. No warranty
Cadenza is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The app is a timer; it is not medical, fitness, safety, or coaching software, and nothing it does is a substitute for qualified professional advice. Use it at your own discretion.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musigna LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Cadenza.
5. Updates and availability
Musigna LLC may release updates to Cadenza from time to time. Updates are delivered through the Play Store at your election; Cadenza does not auto-update from any source other than the Play Store, and the version currently installed on your device cannot be remotely modified by Musigna LLC. Musigna LLC may also, at its discretion, stop publishing updates; previously installed versions will continue to function offline as installed.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Cadenza for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You may not reverse-engineer the Google Play Billing flow to fraudulently obtain donation credit, and you may not redistribute the app outside the Play Store without permission.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Musigna LLC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
